Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned or refunded once ordered or in production include:

- All Custom (Made to Order) /personalized and Special Order items
- Select items marked "Final Sale or “Non-Returnable”
- All White Glove & Large Parcel items
- Due to Covid Upholstered Items are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

We offer free curbside delivery on all orders, with optional white glove delivery and white glove delivery with assembly available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines vary by item size and availability, but most in-stock items arrive within 2–4 weeks.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Sale items, special orders, large parcel items, and upholstered furniture are non-returnable.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
