I absolutely love this etegere! The iron is very well made and all in one piece (no rivets or welding marks). The one thing that I was not happy with and was not shown in online pictures or mentioned in the description of the item was that the wood shelves are NOT solid wood. They are more of a vaneer as they are not wood on the top and the bottom of the shelf. I may not have noticed as much but I see the top two shelves of the bookcase as I walk down my stairs. They flipped the wood planks so as you look up towards the top it gives the appearance that the shelves are wood on both sides but they are black plywood on top. Its pretty noticeable and luckily with not too much extra cost I can get more wood vaneer to lay ontop. Not a big enough problem to send back but I would have liked that fact mentioned in the description and pictures and probably made a little less expensive. Shipping and delivery and setup was super easy though. And it does look fantastic in the space.
